Reservations can be made online, cellphone, or fax. Details about each reservation method are outlined below:
When using the high-speed ferries departing from Tsu-Nagisamachi Port, we recommend reserving a departure time that allows you to arrive at least 1 hour prior to departure for domestic flights, and 2 hours prior to departure for international flights, taking into consideration the possibility of ferry cancellations.
When using the high-speed ferries departing from Chubu Centrair International Airport, we recommend reserving a departure time 1 to 2 hours after arrival, taking into consideration the possibility of flight arrival delays.
If empty seats are available, you may board a ferry that departs prior to your reserved time.
Boarding procedures begin 1 hour prior to departure. Please complete all boarding procedures at least 20 minutes prior to departure. Please contact us if you will be late. If you do not contact us, you may not be able to board the ferry.
Tickets are to be paid for on the day, so please inform the ticket booth of your reservation number.
Customers using travel company coupons, boarding tickets, or multiple-use tickets will need to exchange them for a boarding pass at the ticket booth.
Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations from 7 days prior to departure. (※All cancellation fees shall be rounded up to the nearest 10 yen figure)

As outlined in Article 5. of our operating agreement, situations may arise where service must be delayed or suspended. Our company will not provide compensation for damages relating to suspension of service arising from situations outlined in Article 5. (Other situations depend on our operating agreement.)
The company may cancel, change the departure/arrival time/date, route, or departure/arrival port of any of its ferries for regulations outlined in applicable laws and regulations, or for any of the following reasons.
1. If it is dangerous to operate a ferry due to weather or ocean conditions.
2. Due to natural disasters, fires, accidents at sea, mechanical issues with ferries, or for other unavoidable reasons.
3. Due to strikes amongst ferry workers, or due to other reasons related to direct action.
4. Due to injury or illness amongst ferry workers.
5. For reasons related to misconduct such as ferries being seized or destroyed.
6. For reasons relating to laws or legal requests.
Reservations can be made up to 3 months prior to the day of departure.

Confirm the usage agreement, and if you agree to its content, click the “Agree” button.
Input all necessary customer information, and click the confirm button.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If it does not arrive, you may have input your e-mail address incorrectly.
Even if it does not arrive, your reservation may have been successfully made. Please contact our reservation center.
Your reservation is now complete. A confirmation e-mail should have been sent to the e-mail address you input.
Please print out the content of the confirmation e-mail and bring it with you on the day of departure.
Use your cellphone camera to read the QR code below, and send a blank e-mail to the e-mail address that was revealed.
An automatic reply will be sent to your cellphone’s e-mail. Click the URL within the e-mail to access the cellphone site.
※ If no automatic reply is sent, please confirm that your cellphone can receive e-mails from “tsu-airportline.co.jp”.
Follow the steps on the screen to reserve your desired time/date.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your cellphone’s e-mail address. Please bring your cellphone with you on the day of departure and show the e-mail to our staff.
Print out the fax reservation available at the URL below.
Fill in all necessary details on the reservation form and send it to us by fax.
If your fax is received by noon, a reply will be sent same day.
If your fax is received after this time, a reply will be sent the next day.
